I'm Sharon: Business owner & growth strategist since 2017. 

For years I ran my business like an operator, not an owner.

A: It is a program designed for small business owners who want to break up with their co-dependent relationship to their business. It's for business owners who want to spend more time in the Owner role and less in the trenches. It's for those who want to grow without working 10X as hard and breaking themselves in the process. 


Q: What is the purpose of Retrofit? 

A: The purpose is to get you out of the trenches so you can work on your business and achieve the growth you want, whether that is hiring a team, moving into a bigger location, adding a new stream of income or anything else your business needs to grow.


Q: How long is Retrofit? 

A: This is a 6+ month container with an option for additional support. We start with a 60-minute Intake Call where we do your intake together and schedule your CEO Day. After your CEO Day we will meet for 2 x 1 hour sessions per quarter (4 total) & a mini intensive at the end of each quarter (2 total).


Q: How do I sign up for a CEO day? 

A: Once you make your initial purchase, you will receive an email with a link to book your 60-minute Intake Call. On that call we will do your intake together and schedule your CEO Day.


Q: What is the Intake Session?

A: It's a 60 minute session that kicks off our work together. It will be an informal conversation where I can get to know your business better to help me draft the first round of your business plan. 


Q: Can we meet in person?

A: Locals can choose to have me come to their office for the CEO day. Everything else will be on zoom.


Q: I already have a business plan, can I just use that?

A: Of course! But it likely needs to be updated. Just let me know and I will guide you through it. 


Q: Can we talk in between sessions?

A: Yes! For quick solutions, you can email me and I will set us up a Telegram channel.


Q: I don't want to build a team. Is this still a good program for me? 

A: Absolutely! Building a team is not a necessary part of growth. If you don't want to build one, we will use our time on alllllll the other parts of your business.  


Q: Are there payment plans?

A: I only take payment plans. You can do 6 monthly payments of $997 on this sales page. There is also Klarna and other pay later options.
